If we can connect will someone’s emotional drivers we will
understand each other in a much better way. This requires
honest, truthful conversations. There are two primary
emotions that our actions can project onto others. They are
fear or safety.
It is much easier to burn trust and drive people apart than it is to pull them together. We can change this by re-wiring our brains but it is not easy. Learning how to lower our walls will enable us to earn the trust of others while creating a safer, more inspirational environment for people to work together.
