MBL Minute: Enabling Genius And Why The MBA Has Lost It's Lustre

We enable genius to enter our work by doing
emotional labor. We allow genius to show up in our work by
doing the emotional labor of becoming less resistive, judgmental and attached to outcome. In
order to attract genius we must practice the emotional labor
required to reconnect with our authenticity while developing our
emotional intelligence.
The MBA craze that began during the later decades of the
20th Century is over. Applications at many
business schools are on the decline. The bottom line results
have not been able to justify the time and often $100K+ cost.
It has become increasingly obvious that we do not need more Masters
of Business Administration. We need to be developing Masters
of Business Leadership.
