Most of us are addicted to working.  It provides us with physical and emotional rewards that add meaning to our lives.  When people are denied to opportunity to do meaningful work it can often lead to depression.   Increasingly AI is automating and eliminating much of the repetitive human labor being performed today.

Authentic emotionally intelligent leadership is not related to an event or point in time, it reflects a particular kind of lifestyle.  It is our ongoing actions and emotional labor that develop our authentic leadership and emotional intelligence.  Our leadership evolves as part of an ongoing experiential journey.
