We are rapidly replacing borders and politics with trusted advisor
networks. Global connectivity has become the most
revolutionary force of the twenty-first century. This is
having profound consequences for geopolitics, economics,
demographics, the environment, and our social identity.
How good are you at asking others for help? How good are you at accepting help from others? These are important indicators of emotional intelligence. In order to help others succeed we need to make sure we understand what it is they truly want. This involves asking lots of questions instead of making assumptions. We need to understand what would motivate them to go after what they want with an undying passion to achieve that result.
