Episode #15: Change and Creativity

The achievement of better results requires a balance between intellectual and emotional intelligence.  This enables us to flow more seamlessly between the right and left hemispheres or our brain.  When the logic of the masculine mind and the empathy of the feminine mind learn to play together a greater level of authenticity and emotional intelligence is the result.

Developing the creative, right side of our brain is the smart path to business revenue, income and success.  When we think of masculine and feminine energy we often think “male” or “female” energy.  We all have the ability to harness both our masculine and feminine energy to achieve greater results.

As we tap into both energies within us the “how” and the “what” of our masculine energy can combine with the “why” of our feminine energy.  Our actions will reflect a greater masculine/feminine or logic/creativity energy balance.  This imbalance of our masculine/feminine energies is another way of explaining the drama, chaos and conflict we see everywhere.

With the accelerating rate of global change the correction of this energy imbalance has become essential.  The willingness to practice emotional labor is the key.  The Master of Business Leadership program was developed for this purpose.

It is time we stopped trying to create better business and personal results with one hand tied behind our back.  The greater the feminine empathetic “why” the easier our masculine energy’s “how” and “what” activities will be to achieve.  Balancing our masculine and feminine energy will enable us and our organizations to achieve better results while learning to out care the competition.

Our special guest today is Heather Andrus.  She is a member of the accessories team at Apple in California.
