One of the most needed skills we see in the world today is leadership. This Master of Business Leadership podcast was created to address a fundamental gap in our education.
Our primary focus will be discussing the need for authentic, emotionally intelligent leadership.
With over 17 years of experience coaching executives from around the world, Phil Johnson can safely say that the lack of authentic, emotionally intelligent leadership is the root cause for most of the drama, chaos and conflict we see in individuals and organizations.
