MBL Minute: Fail Faster And Old Age
Episode Notes
We need to encourage the practice of being bad at the things we care about until we become exceptional at them. A desire to serve that drives you forward. An idea that fuels unstoppable determination to disrupt the status quo. These are the things we need to get better at doing. The willingness to risk failure for what you believe. This is where all authentic, emotionally intelligent leaders begin the journey of transforming their worlds.
The journey to the dissolution of our physical form accelerates as we get older. It also carries with it great potential for the awakening of our authentic, emotionally intelligent self. In most ancient cultures old people were respected and revered. They were the repositories of experience and wisdom without which no civilization could survive.
